Restore Deleted Ticket

Restore a Previously Deleted Ticket

PUT/api/v2/deleted_tickets/{ticket_id}/restore

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Zendesk connector.
  2. Pick the Restore Deleted Ticket action (under Tickets).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{restoreDeletedTicket.response.data}}.

Response

Returns 200 with a string. Read it in later steps with {{restoreDeletedTicket.response.data.<field>}}.
