Merge Tickets into Target Ticket

POST/api/v2/tickets/{ticket_id}/merge

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Zendesk connector.
  2. Pick the Merge Tickets Into Target Ticket action (under Tickets).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{mergeTicketsIntoTargetTicket.response.data}}.

Private comment to add to the source ticket

Whether comment in source tickets are public or private

Private comment to add to the target ticket

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{mergeTicketsIntoTargetTicket.response.data.<field>}}.
