Terms of Service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of younifyd's website, platform, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by younifyd ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organisation.

The Service

younifyd is a workflow and integration platform that lets you connect, automate, and orchestrate data between third-party services and APIs. We may add, change, or remove features from the Service at any time, and we'll try to give you reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces functionality you're actively relying on.

Accounts

You need an account to use most of the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@younifyd.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Your Data and Content

You retain all rights to the workflows, configurations, and data you create or connect through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and maintain the Service. You're solely responsible for Your Content and for having the right to connect it to the Service — including any third-party services or APIs you authorise younifyd to access on your behalf.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law; to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; to transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or to reverse-engineer the Service except where applicable law specifically permits it. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.

Third-Party Services

The Service lets you connect to third-party platforms and APIs (for example, ecommerce, payment, or marketing services) via connections and connectors you configure. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours — we aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service, even when it's accessed through the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at signup or in your plan settings, and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable for the period already paid. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; continuing to use a paid plan after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by younifyd and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding except as needed to reasonably identify that you use the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and don't fix the breach within a reasonable period after we notify you, or immediately if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a security risk or legal liability to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we'll handle Your Content in line with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any workflow you build will produce a particular result — you're responsible for testing and validating your own workflows before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, younifyd won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold younifyd harmless from any claim, loss, or damage — including reasonable legal fees — arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date below. If a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify account holders directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which younifyd is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local law requires otherwise.
