Is there a free plan?

Yes — the Developer plan is free forever, no credit card required. It's a single-user account with 5,000 requests/month (webhooks included), 25 workflows, and unlimited MCP servers, so you can build and prototype before upgrading.

What counts as a request?

One inbound request that triggers a workflow, including webhook deliveries. Internal steps, parallel calls, transformations, and retries within that execution are all included — we don't charge per step or per connector call.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. Monthly billing is available on Launch and Growth at a small premium over annual pricing — toggle between the two above to compare. Enterprise plans are annual contracts.

Do you charge extra for connectors?

No. All 50+ pre-built connectors are included in every plan at no additional cost.

I only need webhooks — do I have to buy the full platform?

No. Switch to "Webhooks only" above — standalone webhook plans start at $29/month for teams that just need reliable delivery without the full builder and gateway.

What happens if I exceed my request limit?

We notify you at 80% usage. If you exceed your limit we reach out to discuss upgrading — we won't hard-stop your workflows.

Can I migrate from another platform?

Yes. Our solutions team helps map existing workflows, replicate authentication flows, and manage a phased cutover. Migration support is included on Growth and Enterprise.

Is there a startup discount?

Yes. Discounted rates for early-stage startups (under 2 years old, under $5M raised) and registered non-profits. Contact us with details.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-billing?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. No penalties.
