This policy explains what information younifyd ("we", "us", or "our") collects, how we use it, and how we protect it — whether you're browsing our website, signing up, or using the platform. By using younifyd, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
Account information — your name, work email, company, and password. We never store your password in plain text, only as a securely hashed value.
Platform data — the workflows, connectors, and API configurations you build, plus metadata about how they run (timestamps, status, request and response shapes). Any credentials you add to a connection — API keys, tokens, passwords — are encrypted, and never shown again in plain text once saved.
Usage data — which pages you visit, which features you use, and how many requests you make. We use this to run, secure, and improve the product, and to calculate your bill.
Communications — anything you tell us when you reach out for support, sales, or partnerships.
How We Use Information
We use your information to run, secure, and improve the platform; to verify who you are and enforce access rules; to handle billing and send account notices; to respond when you contact support; to watch for abuse, fraud, and reliability problems; and to understand how the product is used overall. We never sell your personal information.
How We Share Information
We only share information when it's necessary to run the service: with infrastructure and communications providers who process data on our behalf, under strict confidentiality terms; with the third-party services you connect to your own workflows, since you're the one instructing those integrations; when required by law, such as a valid subpoena or court order; and if younifyd is acquired or merges with another company, under these same commitments.
Data Security
We encrypt data while it's moving and encrypt sensitive credentials while they're stored. Only authorised people can access our production systems, and access rules control exactly what data any workflow or integration can read or write. No system is 100% secure, and we keep working to make ours stronger.
Data Retention
We keep your account and platform data for as long as your account is active, or as long as we need it to provide the service. Execution logs are kept for the length of time set by your plan. Close your account, and we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, unless we're legally required to keep it for accounting, legal, or security reasons.
Your Rights

younifyd is built for business use and isn't directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
