POST/tickets/enqueue

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Intercom connector.
  2. Pick the Enqueue Create Ticket action (under Tickets).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{enqueueCreateTicket.response.data}}.

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

skip_notificationsboolean

Option to disable notifications when a Ticket is created.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{enqueueCreateTicket.response.data.<field>}}.

The url of the resource created during job exeuction. Use this url to fetch the resource.
