Remove a tag from an internal article

DELETE/internal_articles/{internal_article_id}/tags/{id}

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Intercom connector.
  2. Pick the Detach Tag From Internal Article action (under Internal Articles).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{detachTagFromInternalArticle.response.data}}.

The unique identifier of the tag to remove, as given by Intercom.

The time when the tag was applied to the object. Only present when the tag is returned as part of a tagging operation on a contact, conversation, or ticket.

The admin who applied the tag. Only present when the tag is returned as part of a tagging operation on a contact, conversation, or ticket.
