Add a tag to an internal article

POST/internal_articles/{internal_article_id}/tags

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Intercom connector.
  2. Pick the Attach Tag To Internal Article action (under Internal Articles).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{attachTagToInternalArticle.response.data}}.

The unique identifier for the internal article which is given by Intercom.

Request body

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

idstringrequired

The unique identifier of the tag to apply, as given by Intercom.

admin_idstring

Optional id of the teammate to attribute the tagging to. Defaults to the authenticating teammate. Does not affect authorization.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{attachTagToInternalArticle.response.data.<field>}}.

applied_atinteger (date-time)

The time when the tag was applied to the object. Only present when the tag is returned as part of a tagging operation on a contact, conversation, or ticket.

applied_byobject

The admin who applied the tag. Only present when the tag is returned as part of a tagging operation on a contact, conversation, or ticket.
