Delete a conversation

DELETE/conversations/{conversation_id}

Use it in a workflow

Add a step and choose the Intercom connector.
Pick the Delete Conversation action (under Conversations).
Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{deleteConversation.response.data}}.

If true (default), deletes the conversation while retaining reporting data. If false, deletes the conversation and all associated reporting data. Setting to false requires the `delete_conversations_and_metrics` OAuth scope.
