List tags

GET/settings/tags

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Zoho CRM connector.
  2. Pick the List tags action (under Tags).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{listTags.response.data}}.

Query parameters

modulestringrequired

Specify the API name of the module. Refer to the [Get Modules](https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/api/v8/modules-api.html) resource for valid values.

includestring

Specify the additional tag properties to include in the response. Possible values: **type**, **associated_record_count**, **last_accessed_time**.

One oftypeassociated_record_countlast_accessed_time

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{listTags.response.data.<field>}}.

Represents an array of tag objects returned for the module.

created_timestring (date-time)required

Represents the creation date and time of the tag.

modified_timestring (date-time)required

Represents the last modification date and time of the tag.

namestringrequired

Represents the name of the tag.

modified_byobjectrequired2 fields

Represents the user who last modified the tag in the GET response.

idstringrequired

Represents the unique ID of the tag.

created_byobjectrequired2 fields

Represents the user who created the tag in the GET response.

color_codestring | nullrequired

Represents the hex color code assigned to the tag, such as **#FF0000**. The value is null when no color is assigned.

infoobject

Represents pagination and limit information for the tag list response.

record_limitinteger (int32)

Represents the maximum number of records a tag can be applied to.

countinteger (int32)required

Represents the total number of tags returned in the response.

allowed_countinteger (int32)required

Represents the maximum number of tags allowed for the module in your plan.
