Get a record by ID from a specified module

GET/{module}/{recordId}

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Zoho CRM connector.
  2. Pick the Get a record by ID from a specified module action (under Records).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{getARecordByIdFromASpecifiedModule.response.data}}.

Request

Path parameters

recordIdstring (int64)required

Specify the unique ID of the record. Use the [Get Records API](record.yaml#$.paths./module.get) to retrieve the record IDs.

modulestringrequired

Specify the API name of the module. Use the [Get Modules API](modules.yaml#$.paths./settings/modules.get) to retrieve the module ID and API name.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{getARecordByIdFromASpecifiedModule.response.data.<field>}}.

Represents the data value.

idstring (int64)

Represents the unique identifier of the RecordGETDataItem record.

Ownerobject3 fields

Represents the owner value.

Created_Timestring (date-time)

Represents the timestamp when the record was originally created.

Modified_Timestring (date-time)

Represents the timestamp when the record was last modified.

Created_Byobject3 fields

Contains information about the user who originally created the record.

Modified_Byobject3 fields

Contains information about the user who last modified the record.

Wizardobject1 fields

Represents the wizard value.

$statestring

This will be as Save or Draft. 'save' indicates the record is not in any active Blueprint

$wizard_connection_pathstring | null

$wizard_connection_path information denoted by comma separated connection ids between wizard screens.
