Download a specific attachment file

GET/{moduleApiName}/{recordId}/Attachments/{id}

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Zoho CRM connector.
  2. Pick the Download a specific attachment file action (under Attachments).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{downloadASpecificAttachmentFile.response.data}}.

Path parameters

recordIdstringrequired

Specify the unique identifier of the record. Use the [Get Records API](record.yaml#$.paths./module.get) to retrieve record IDs.

moduleApiNamestringrequired

Specify the API name of the module (e.g., `Leads`, `Contacts`, `Accounts`). Use the [Get Modules API](modules.yaml#$.paths./settings/modules.get) to retrieve the module API names.

idstringrequired

Specify the unique identifier of the attachment. Use the [Get Attachments](attachments.yaml#$.paths./{moduleApiName}/{recordId}/Attachments.get) resource to retrieve attachment IDs.

Response

Returns 200 with a string (binary). Read it in later steps with {{downloadASpecificAttachmentFile.response.data.<field>}}.
