Delete a record's notes

DELETE/{parentRecordModule}/{parentRecordId}/Notes

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Zoho CRM connector.
  2. Pick the Delete a record's notes action (under Notes).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{deleteARecordSNotes.response.data}}.

Request

Path parameters

parentRecordModulestringrequired

Specify the API name of the parent record module. Refer to [Get Modules](modules.yaml#$.paths./settings/modules.get) for the list of supported modules.

parentRecordIdstring (int64)required

Specify the unique numeric ID of the parent record.

Query parameters

idsstringrequired

Specify a comma-separated list of note record IDs to delete.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{deleteARecordSNotes.response.data.<field>}}.

JSON array representing the list of action status objects for each note deleted in this request.

The result code indicating the outcome of the requested note deletion.
