Update Group

PUT/api/v2/groups/{group_id}

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Zendesk connector.
  2. Pick the Update Group action (under Groups).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{updateGroup.response.data}}.

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

If true, the group is public. If false, the group is private. You can't change a private group to a public group

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{updateGroup.response.data.<field>}}.

Deleted groups get marked as such

Automatically assigned when creating groups

The time of the last update of the group
