List Ticket Skips By Ticket

GET/api/v2/tickets/{ticket_id}/skips

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Zendesk connector.
  2. Pick the List Ticket Skips By Ticket action (under Ticket Skips).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{listTicketSkipsByTicket.response.data}}.

ticket_idinteger (int64)required

The ID of the ticket

Query parameters

sort_orderstring

Sort order. Defaults to "asc"

One ofascdesc

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{listTicketSkipsByTicket.response.data.<field>}}.

Time the skip was created

idinteger (int64)

Automatically assigned upon creation

reasonstring

Reason for skipping the ticket

ticketobject

ID of the skipped ticket

updated_atstring (date-time)

Time the skip was last updated

ID of the skipping agent
