List Collaborators for a Ticket

GET/api/v2/tickets/{ticket_id}/collaborators

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Zendesk connector.
  2. Pick the List Ticket Collaborators action (under Tickets).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{listTicketCollaborators.response.data}}.

The ID of the ticket

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{listTicketCollaborators.response.data.<field>}}.
