List Assignable Groups

GET/api/v2/groups/assignable

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Zendesk connector.
  2. Pick the List Assignable Groups action (under Groups).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{listAssignableGroups.response.data}}.

Fields

baseUrlstring

The API host this action calls. Override to point at a different environment.

Default "https://{subdomain}.{domain}.com"

forwardAllHeadersboolean

If enabled, all headers from the incoming request will be forwarded. Additional headers below will override forwarded ones.

Default false

headerskeyvalue

Extra HTTP headers to include, beyond what this action already declares. These override forwarded or declared headers with the same name.

queryParamskeyvalue

Extra URL query parameters to include, beyond what this action already declares. These override declared query parameters with the same name.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{listAssignableGroups.response.data.<field>}}.

The time the group was created

If the group is the default one for the account

deletedboolean

Deleted groups get marked as such

descriptionstring

The description of the group

idinteger (int64)

Automatically assigned when creating groups

is_publicboolean

If true, the group is public. If false, the group is private. You can't change a private group to a public group

namestringrequired

The name of the group

updated_atstring (date-time)

The time of the last update of the group

urlstring

The API url of the group
