Send Template Message

Send a template message via WhatsApp

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the WhatsApp connector.
  2. Pick the Send Template Message action (under whatsapp).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{sendTemplateMessage.response.data}}.

Recipient phone number in E.164 format (e.g., +1234567890)

Name of the approved WhatsApp message template

languageCodestring

Language code for the template (default: en_US)

componentsstring

Optional JSON string with template components (e.g., [{"type": "body", "parameters": [{"type": "text", "text": "value"}]}])

phoneNumberIdstring

WhatsApp Phone Number ID (optional if set in connection)
