Update Customers' Metadata in Bulk

POST/v1/customers/metadata/async

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Voucherify connector.
  2. Pick the Update Customers Metadata In Bulk action (under Customers).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{updateCustomersMetadataInBulk.response.data}}.

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

An array of customer `source_id`'s.

metadataobject

Metadata key value pairs to be updated. A set of custom key/value pairs that you can attach to a customer. The metadata object stores all custom attributes assigned to the customer. It can be useful for storing additional information about the customer in a structured format. This metadata can be used for validating whether the customer qualifies for a discount or it can be used in building customer segments.

Response

Returns 202 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{updateCustomersMetadataInBulk.response.data.<field>}}.
