themeFilesCopy

Copy theme files. Copying to existing theme files will overwrite them.

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Shopify connector.
  2. Pick the themeFilesCopy action (under Theme).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{themefilescopy.response.data}}.

Query

This is the mutation the action sends by default. Edit it in the step's Query field to change which fields come back.

graphql
mutation ThemeFilesCopy($themeId: ID!, $files: [ThemeFilesCopyFileInput!]!) {
  themeFilesCopy(themeId: $themeId, files: $files) {
    copiedThemeFiles {
      checksumMd5
      createdAt
      filename
      size
      updatedAt
    }
    userErrors {
      code
      field
      filename
      message
    }
  }
}

Variables

Pass these as a JSON object in the step's Variables field.

themeIdstringrequired

The theme to update.

filesarray<object>required

The files to update.

dstFilenamestringrequired
srcFilenamestringrequired
json
{
  "themeId": "string",
  "files": [
    {
      "dstFilename": "string",
      "srcFilename": "string"
    }
  ]
}

Response

Read the result with {{themefilescopy.response.data.data.themeFilesCopy}}. If the API returns errors, the step fails and they are at {{themefilescopy.response.data.errors}}.
