inventoryAdjustQuantities

Apply relative (delta) changes to inventory quantities at one or more locations.

Use it in a workflow

Add a step and choose the Shopify connector.
Pick the inventoryAdjustQuantities action (under Inventory).
Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{inventoryadjustquantities.response.data}}.
