Track Shipment

Track a shipment using Shippo

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Shippo connector.
  2. Pick the Track Shipment action (under shippo).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{trackShipment.response.data}}.

Fields

Carrier name (e.g., usps, fedex, ups, dhl)

trackingNumberstringrequired

The tracking number for the shipment

metadatastring

Optional JSON string with custom metadata (e.g., {"order_id": "12345"})
