Create Shipment

Create a shipment in Shippo to get shipping rates and labels

Use it in a workflow

Add a step and choose the Shippo connector.
Pick the Create Shipment action (under shippo).
Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{createShipment.response.data}}.

Fields

addressFromstringrequired

JSON string with sender address (e.g., {"name": "John Doe", "street1": "123 Main St", "city": "San Francisco", "state": "CA", "zip": "94105", "country": "US"})

addressTostringrequired

JSON string with recipient address (e.g., {"name": "Jane Doe", "street1": "456 Oak Ave", "city": "Los Angeles", "state": "CA", "zip": "90001", "country": "US"})

parcelsstringrequired

JSON array string with parcel information (e.g., [{"length": "5", "width": "5", "height": "5", "distance_unit": "in", "weight": "1", "mass_unit": "lb"}])

asyncboolean

Whether to create the shipment asynchronously (default: false)

carrierAccountstring

Optional carrier account ID to use for this shipment

metadatastring

Optional JSON string with custom metadata (e.g., {"order_id": "12345"})
