Put Object

Upload an object to an S3 bucket

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the AWS S3 connector.
  2. Pick the Put Object action (under s3).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{putObject.response.data}}.

Fields

bucketstringrequired

The name of the S3 bucket

keystringrequired

The object key (path) in the bucket

bodystringrequired

The object content. Can be a string (plain text or base64 encoded), or an object (will be JSON stringified). If an object is provided and no content type is specified, it will default to application/json.

contentTypestring

The content type of the object (e.g., text/plain, application/json)

contentEncodingstring

The content encoding (e.g., gzip, base64)

metadatastring

JSON object with metadata (e.g., {"key": "value"})

aclstring

The access control list. Select 'None' to not set an ACL (useful when bucket ACLs are disabled).
