Deactivate an account

DELETE/accounts/{account_id}

Use it in a workflow

Add a step and choose the Recurly connector.
Pick the Deactivate Account action (under account).
Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{deactivateAccount.response.data}}.

Path parameters

account_idstringrequired

Account ID or code. For ID no prefix is used e.g. `e28zov4fw0v2`. For code use prefix `code-`, e.g. `code-bob`.

Query parameters

redactboolean

Permanently removes all personally identifiable information (PII) from this account after it has been deactivated, to fulfill a data subject's right to erasure under GDPR and similar privacy regulations (e.g. CCPA). Cannot be undone.

Response

Returns 200 with a any. Read it in later steps with {{deactivateAccount.response.data.<field>}}.
