Create an external account

POST/accounts/{account_id}/external_accounts

Use it in a workflow

Add a step and choose the Recurly connector.
Pick the Create Account External Account action (under external_accounts).
Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{createAccountExternalAccount.response.data}}.

Request

Path parameters

account_idstringrequired

Account ID or code. For ID no prefix is used e.g. `e28zov4fw0v2`. For code use prefix `code-`, e.g. `code-bob`.

Request body

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

external_account_codestringrequired

Represents the account code for the external account.

external_connection_typestringrequired

Represents the connection type. One of the connection types of your enabled App Connectors

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{createAccountExternalAccount.response.data.<field>}}.
