Get Custom Field Values

GET/incidents/{id}/custom_fields/values

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the PagerDuty connector.
  2. Pick the Get Incident Field Values action (under Incidents).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{getIncidentFieldValues.response.data}}.

The ID of the resource.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{getIncidentFieldValues.response.data.<field>}}.

Id of the field.

namestringrequired

The name of the field. May include ASCII characters, specifically lowercase letters, digits, and underescores. The `name` for a Field must be unique and cannot be changed once created.

typestringrequired

Determines the type of the reference.

One offield_value

display_namestringrequired

The human-readable name of the field. This must be unique across an account.

field_typestringrequired

The type of data this field contains. In combination with the `data_type` field.

The kind of data the custom field is allowed to contain.
