Snooze an incident

POST/incidents/{id}/snooze

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the PagerDuty connector.
  2. Pick the Create Incident Snooze action (under Incidents).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{createIncidentSnooze.response.data}}.

Fromstring (email)required

The email address of a valid user associated with the account making the request.

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

durationintegerrequired

The number of seconds to snooze the incident for. After this number of seconds has elapsed, the incident will return to the "triggered" state.
