Search & Read Records

Find records matching a domain and return their fields

Use it in a workflow

Add a step and choose the Odoo connector.
Pick the Search & Read Records action (under erp).
Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{searchReadRecords.response.data}}.

modelstringrequired

The Odoo model's technical name, e.g. res.partner, sale.order, product.product, account.move.

domainstring

Odoo search filter as JSON, e.g. [["is_company", "=", true], ["country_id.code", "=", "GB"]]. Leave empty for all records.

fieldsstring

Comma-separated field names to return. Leave empty for all fields (slower).

limitnumber

At most this many records.

Default 80

offsetnumber

Skip this many records, for paging.

orderstring

Sort, e.g. create_date desc, name asc.

contextstring

Optional Odoo context as JSON, e.g. {"lang": "fr_FR", "active_test": false}.
