Produce Message

Publish a message to a Kafka topic

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Kafka connector.
  2. Pick the Produce Message action (under kafka).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{produceMessage.response.data}}.

Optional partition key. Messages with the same key are routed to the same partition.

partitionnumber

Optional explicit partition number. Leave empty to let Kafka choose (or use Message Key).

JSON object of message headers (e.g., {"traceId": "abc"})
