Search activity logs

POST/admins/activity_logs/search

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Intercom connector.
  2. Pick the Search Activity Logs action (under Admins).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{searchActivityLogs.response.data}}.

Request body

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

created_at_afterinteger (date-time)required

The start date that you request data for. It must be formatted as a UNIX timestamp.

created_at_beforeinteger (date-time)

The end date that you request data for. It must be formatted as a UNIX timestamp.

event_typesarray<string>

An optional list of event types to filter activity logs by. Use the list all activity log event types endpoint to retrieve available values.

pageinteger

The page number of results to return.

Default 1

per_pageinteger

The number of results per page. Must be between 1 and 250.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{searchActivityLogs.response.data.<field>}}.

String representing the object's type. Always has the value `activity_log.list`.

pagesobject

Cursor-based pagination is a technique used in the Intercom API to navigate through large amounts of data. A "cursor" or pointer is used to keep track of the current position in the result set, allowing the API to return the data in small chunks or "pages" as needed.
