Retrieve an article version

GET/articles/{article_id}/versions/{id}

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Intercom connector.
  2. Pick the Retrieve Article Version action (under Articles).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{retrieveArticleVersion.response.data}}.

Path parameters

article_idintegerrequired

The unique identifier for the article.

idstringrequired

The unique identifier for the version.

Query parameters

localestring

Return the version's content for a specific locale. If the locale is not configured for the workspace, a `400` is returned.

Headers

Intercom-Versionstring

Intercom API version.</br>By default, it's equal to the version set in the app package.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{retrieveArticleVersion.response.data.<field>}}.

typestring

String representing the object's type. Always has the value `article_version`.

idstring

The unique identifier for the version.

article_idstring

The unique identifier of the article this version belongs to.

titlestring

The title of the article at this version.

descriptionstring

The description of the article at this version.

bodystring

The HTML body of the article at this version.

body_markdownstring

The Markdown body of the article at this version.

author_idstring

The id of the teammate listed as the article's author at this version.

created_by_idstring

The id of the teammate who created this version.

created_viastring

How this version was created (for example `web`, `api`).

from_version_idstring

The id of the version this version was created from, or `null` if this is the first version.

statestring

Whether this version is the currently published version of the article (`published`) or an earlier non-live version (`draft`).

created_atinteger (date-time)

The time the version was created, as a UTC Unix timestamp.

updated_atinteger (date-time)

The time the version was last updated, as a UTC Unix timestamp.
