Remove tag from a ticket

DELETE/tickets/{ticket_id}/tags/{tag_id}

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Intercom connector.
  2. Pick the Detach Tag From Ticket action (under Tags).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{detachTagFromTicket.response.data}}.
