Update a view

PUT/api/views/{id}

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Gorgias connector.
  2. Pick the Update View action (under Views).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{updateView.response.data}}.

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

List of object's attributes to be displayed in the UI of our applications.

The logic used to filter the items to be displayed in the view (as JavaScript code).

The name of the view.

order_bystring

Name of the object's attribute used to sort the items of the view.

order_dirstring

Sort direction of the items displayed in the view. Options: `asc` or `desc`.

IDs of teams this view is shared with.

IDs of users this view is shared with.

DEPRECATED - URL-compatible name of the view.

Response

Returns 202 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{updateView.response.data.<field>}}.

ID of the view.

categorystring

Category is an internal, read-only field used to identify system and user views.Example of system views: Trash or Spam. System views cannot be deleted.

When the view was deactivated.
