Update ticket fields values

PUT/api/tickets/{ticket_id}/custom-fields

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Gorgias connector.
  2. Pick the Update Ticket Custom Fields action (under Tickets).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{updateTicketCustomFields.response.data}}.

Response

Returns 200 with a array<object>. Read it in later steps with {{updateTicketCustomFields.response.data.<field>}}.
