Update rules' priorities

POST/api/rules/priorities

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Gorgias connector.
  2. Pick the Update Rules Priorities action (under Rules).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{updateRulesPriorities.response.data}}.

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

prioritiesarray<object>required

A list of rule IDs with their new priorities.

idintegerrequired

ID of the rule.

priorityintegerrequired

Order of execution of the rule. Rules with higher priorities are executed first.

Response

Returns 202 with a array<object>. Read it in later steps with {{updateRulesPriorities.response.data.<field>}}.
