List Satisfaction Surveys

List surveys

GET/api/satisfaction-surveys

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Gorgias connector.
  2. Pick the List Satisfaction Surveys action (under Satisfaction Surveys).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{listSatisfactionSurveys.response.data}}.

Query parameters

cursorstring

Value indicating your position in the list of all satisfaction surveys. If omitted, the first satisfaction survey of the list will be returned.

limitinteger

Maximum number of satisfaction surveys to return.

Default 30

order_bystring

Attribute used to order satisfaction surveys.

One ofcreated_datetime:asccreated_datetime:descDefault "created_datetime:desc"

ticket_idinteger | null

The ID of the ticket the satisfaction surveys are associated with.

Default null

Response

Returns 200 with a array<object>. Read it in later steps with {{listSatisfactionSurveys.response.data.<field>}}.
