Retrieve a tag

GET/api/tags/{id}

Use it in a workflow

Add a step and choose the Gorgias connector.
Pick the Get Tag action (under Tags).
Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{getTag.response.data}}.

Path parameters

idintegerrequired

The ID of the tag to retrieve.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{getTag.response.data.<field>}}.

ID of the tag.

decorationobject

colorstring

The color of the tag (Hex color code).

descriptionstring

Short description of the tag.

namestring

Name of the tag. Tags' names are case sensitive.

usageinteger

Number of tickets this tag is associated with.

uristring

URI of the tag

created_datetimestring (date-time)

When the tag was created.

deleted_datetimestring (date-time)

When the tag was deleted.
