Retrieve a statistic

POST/api/reporting/stats

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Gorgias connector.
  2. Pick the Get Statistic action (under Reporting Statistics).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{getStatistic.response.data}}.

Query parameters

cursorstring

Value indicating your position in the list of all analytics results. If omitted, the first analytics results of the list will be returned.

limitinteger

Maximum number of analytics results to return.

Default 30

Request body

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

queryoneOfrequired

The statistics query, dependent on the requested metric.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{getStatistic.response.data.<field>}}.
