Download a file

GET/api/{file_type}/download/{domain_hash}/{resource_name}

Use it in a workflow

Add a step and choose the Gorgias connector.
Pick the Download File action (under Files).
Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{downloadFile.response.data}}.

The type of file to download

domain_hashstringrequired

The domain identifier of the account that owns the resource

resource_namestringrequired

The resource identifier of the attachment you are trying to retrieve
