Delete a message

DELETE/api/tickets/{ticket_id}/messages/{id}

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Gorgias connector.
  2. Pick the Delete Ticket Message action (under Ticket Messages).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{deleteTicketMessage.response.data}}.

The ID of the ticket associated with the message.

idintegerrequired

The ID of the message to delete.

Response

Returns 204 with a any. Read it in later steps with {{deleteTicketMessage.response.data.<field>}}.
