Drive.about.get

Gets information about the user, the user's Drive, and system capabilities.

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Google Drive connector.
  2. Pick the Drive.about.get action (under about).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{driveAboutGet.response.data}}.

Data format for the response.

Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

keystring

API key. Your API key identifies your project and provides you with API access, quota, and reports. Required unless you provide an OAuth 2.0 token.

oauth_tokenstring

OAuth 2.0 token for the current user.

prettyPrintboolean

Returns response with indentations and line breaks.

quotaUserstring

An opaque string that represents a user for quota purposes. Must not exceed 40 characters.

userIpstring

Deprecated. Please use quotaUser instead.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{driveAboutGet.response.data.<field>}}.

appInstalledboolean

Whether the user has installed the requesting app.

canCreateDrivesboolean

Whether the user can create shared drives.

canCreateTeamDrivesboolean

Deprecated - use canCreateDrives instead.

driveThemesarray<object>

A list of themes that are supported for shared drives.

backgroundImageLinkstring

A link to this theme's background image.

colorRgbstring

The color of this theme as an RGB hex string.

idstring

The ID of the theme.

exportFormatsobject

A map of source MIME type to possible targets for all supported exports.

folderColorPalettearray<string>

The currently supported folder colors as RGB hex strings.

importFormatsobject

A map of source MIME type to possible targets for all supported imports.

kindstring

Identifies what kind of resource this is. Value: the fixed string "drive#about".

Default "drive#about"

maxImportSizesobject

A map of maximum import sizes by MIME type, in bytes.

maxUploadSizestring (int64)

The maximum upload size in bytes.

storageQuotaobject

The user's storage quota limits and usage. All fields are measured in bytes.

limitstring (int64)

The usage limit, if applicable. This will not be present if the user has unlimited storage.

usagestring (int64)

The total usage across all services.

usageInDrivestring (int64)

The usage by all files in Google Drive.

usageInDriveTrashstring (int64)

The usage by trashed files in Google Drive.

userobject

Information about a Drive user.

displayNamestring

A plain text displayable name for this user.

emailAddressstring

The email address of the user. This may not be present in certain contexts if the user has not made their email address visible to the requester.

kindstring

Identifies what kind of resource this is. Value: the fixed string "drive#user".

Default "drive#user"

meboolean

Whether this user is the requesting user.

permissionIdstring

The user's ID as visible in Permission resources.

photoLinkstring

A link to the user's profile photo, if available.
