Cloudfunctions.projects.locations.functions.call

Synchronously invokes a deployed Cloud Function. To be used for testing purposes as very limited traffic is allowed. For more information on the actual limits, refer to [Rate Limits](https://cloud.google.com/functions/quotas#rate_limits).

POST/v1/{name}:call

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Google Cloud Functions connector.
  2. Pick the Cloudfunctions.projects.locations.functions.call action (under projects).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{cloudfunctionsProjectsLocationsFunctionsCall.response.data}}.

quotaUserstring

Available to use for quota purposes for server-side applications. Can be any arbitrary string assigned to a user, but should not exceed 40 characters.

Legacy upload protocol for media (e.g. "media", "multipart").

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{cloudfunctionsProjectsLocationsFunctionsCall.response.data.<field>}}.

Either system or user-function generated error. Set if execution was not successful.

executionIdstring

Execution id of function invocation.

resultstring

Result populated for successful execution of synchronous function. Will not be populated if function does not return a result through context.
