Find Records

List/paginate records in a data table, optionally filtered on searchable fields

Use it in a workflow

Add a step and choose the Data Table connector.
Pick the Find Records action (under database).
Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{findRecords.response.data}}.

JSON object of { field: { operator, value } } filters on searchable fields only. operator is "equals" (any type) or "contains"/"startsWith"/"endsWith"/"like" (string/enum fields only), e.g. {"status": {"operator": "equals", "value": "active"}}.

cursorstring

Pass the previous response's nextCursor to fetch the next page

limitstring

Records per page (default 20, max 100)
