Verify Token

Verify and decode JWT tokens (ID tokens or access tokens) issued by AWS Cognito

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the AWS Cognito connector.
  2. Pick the Verify Token action (under cognito).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{verifyToken.response.data}}.

Fields

The JWT token to verify (ID token or access token)

userPoolIdstringrequired

The ID of the Cognito User Pool that issued the token (e.g., us-east-1_XXXXXXXXX)

clientIdstringrequired

The client ID of the Cognito User Pool App Client.

tokenUsestringrequired

The type of token being verified

One ofidaccessDefault "id"
