Update a group

PATCH/api/1/groups/{groupId}

Use it in a workflow

  1. Add a step and choose the Bynder connector.
  2. Pick the Update Group action (under Groups).
  3. Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{updateGroup.response.data}}.

Path parameters

groupIdstring (uuid)required

ID of the group to update (hyphens optional).

Request body

Enter the body as JSON in the step's Body field.

namestring

New name for the group. Must be unique within the account.

descriptionstring | null

New description for the group. Pass `null` to clear it.

Response

Returns 200 with an object. Read it in later steps with {{updateGroup.response.data.<field>}}.
