Publish Message

Publish a message to an AMQP 0-9-1 broker (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Amazon MQ) — either directly to a queue, or to an exchange with a routing key

Use it in a workflow

Add a step and choose the Message Queue (AMQP) connector.
Pick the Publish Message action (under amqp).
Fill in the fields below, then reference the result from later steps as {{publishMessage.response.data}}.

queuestring

Queue name to publish directly to (via the default exchange). Leave empty if publishing to an exchange instead.

exchangestring

Exchange name to publish to. Leave empty to publish directly to a queue.

routingKeystring

Routing key used when publishing to an exchange

messageBodystringrequired

The message body

persistentboolean

Whether the message should survive a broker restart

headersstring

JSON object of message headers (e.g., {"traceId": "abc"})
